How to be free of all your problems
The raw nature of reality is filled with pain and suffering, interspersed with moments of joy, contentment and happiness. It is how we respond to life’s challenges, that paves the path to our personal growth.
As Pema Chodron says, “Life is a good teacher and a good friend. Things are always in transition, if we could only realize it”. The harsh truth is that, the moment we decide to resist the pain and suffering in our lives, it pushes back against us with an overpowering force until we concede, and IT wins.
Your darkest hours, irrespective of how frightening and traumatic, can never extinguish the illuminating radiance and grace of your being. Consider it like this: in your home, your pain acts to dim the lights and impose darkness even when it’s still daylight outside. Yet, despite the darkness, the light still penetrates the dark.
Your pain and suffering are never finite or permanent. Embrace life’s ebbs and flows and accept it’s unfolding events by allowing each experience to move through you with an unreserved presence as it arises. The moment you stop resisting your problems, you allow life to flow through you effortlessly and with grace.
