DAY 3: USEFUL MEDITATION TIPS

These tips aren’t designed to make you a meditation master… they will simply help you get started on your meditation journey and keep up the healthy habit of meditating daily! You don’t have to implement them all at once neither - try a couple first, and then come back to this email, and try one or two more. After all, there is no hurry to 'perfect' your meditation practice, because perfection doesn't exist.

However your practice turns out to be is imperfectly perfect in every way, shape and form. You will never finish a meditation without having learned something new about yourself or having gained insight into the deeper layers of wisdom of your heart.
